Get funds when you need it: Tips for hassle-free loan application

Emergencies and financial obligations can arise any time and we understand the importance of having quick, easy access to funds. For an easy loan application process, follow these tips when uploading your documents:
Selfie photo:
- Take a clear picture on a plain background with your full face visible.
- Avoid accessories that cover your face: face mask, eyeglasses, sunglasses, hats, etc.
Government ID:
- Your ID must show a clear and complete name, address photo, signature, and expiry date.
- A scanned copy is acceptable if it is colored, not expired, or unaltered.
- If you upload a National ID, include a copy of the back view whether printed or digital.
If your primary ID has expired, you may upload two (2) secondary IDs or documents in the “Additional Documents” option field during the application.
Company ID:
- Your name, EID, and hire date must be readable.
- A scanned copy is acceptable unless it is tampered with, blurred, or unreadable.
- No Company ID yet? Upload your Certificate of Employment (COE) issued within the past 30 days.
2 Latest Payslips:
- Submit original copies that reflect two consecutive pay periods.
- Applications with outdated or modifiable payslips will be rejected.
*For employees with weekly, bi-weekly, or bi-monthly payrolls, upload the two latest payslips issued within 45 days.
*For employees with monthly payrolls, upload the two latest payslips issued within 60 days.
