Refer & Win Program: Terms and Conditions

Definition of terms:

• Active Employee: An employee currently hired by any of SAVii’s active partner companies, and who has an existing SAVii account with a registered email address and mobile number.
• Referrer: An Active Employee who has successfully referred a coworker.
• Referee: An Active Employee who creates a SAVii account and has successfully entered the Referral Code of a Referrer.
• Referral: The act of inviting a coworker to create a SAVii account.
• Referral Code: A set of letters and/or numbers assigned to a Referrer that can be shared to their coworkers.
• Raffle Prize / Reward: Predetermined prizes identified by the SAVii management that will be given away to raffle winners.

Eligibility

How it works

1. For every successful Referral, the Referrer and the Referee earns one raffle entry
2. A Referral is considered successful only if the Referee creates a SAVii account and has successfully entered the Referral Code of the Referrer.

1. Raffle entries reset at the beginning of each month. Entries from the previous month do not carry over to ensure fairness. For example, if you earn 5 entries in one month, this resets to 0 at the start of the next month. You can earn new entries by referring again in the new month.
2. The Referrer may use his/her unique Referral Code to invite their coworker as long as the Refer & Win Program is in effect.
3. Raffle draws will be held monthly to select winners. Raffle Prizes and number of winners are as follows:

•  Grand Prize (1 winner):  P5,000
• 15 Lucky winners: P1,000 each

1. Raffle Prizes have been predetermined by SAVii and are subject to change, depending on availability and other factors as may be decided by management, without prior notice.
2. The Raffle Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other financial instruments.
3. To claim the prize, the winners will receive an email or SMS notification from SAVii within 30 days.
4. SAVii reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this , without any reason.
5. SAVii has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the mechanics and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
6. The participants shall not hold SAVii, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of this Refer & Win Program.
7. Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of Refer & Win Program to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on SAVii to continue Refer & Win Program up to, on or after the time it ends.
8. Nothing stated herein constitutes a commitment or representation from SAVii to conduct the Refer & Win Program or similar programs in the future.
9. All participants must agree to the Terms & Conditions at the time they apply for SAVii’s products and services. The Terms & Conditions of Refer & Win Program shall be in addition, and not in substitution/derogation to, the Rules & Regulations governing the use of the SAVii, its product, services, and/or its websites and other materials. By applying for SAVii products and services through this offer, the participant shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained therein.
10. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
