Referral: Terms and Conditions

Definition of terms:

• Referrer: An active employee of a partner company who is a participant and has referred an office mate, co-worker or friend at work.
• Referee: An active employee of a partner company who creates a SAVii account and has entered the code of a Referrer.
• Active Employee: An employee currently hired by any of SAVii’s active partner companies, and who has an existing SAVii account with a registered email address and/or mobile number.
• Referral: The act of inviting an office mate, co-worker or friend at work, to register for a SAVii account, an employee benefits and financial solutions provider.
• Referral code: A set of letters and/or numbers assigned to a Referrer that can be shared to Referees.
• Raffle Prize / Reward: Predetermined prizes identified by the SAVii management that will be given away to winners.

Eligibility

How it works

1. The Referrer is entitled to a raffle prize only if the Referee successfully creates an account in SAVii and enters the Referrer’s unique referral code.
2. A referral is considered successful only if the Referee creates an account for either of SAVii’s:

• loan or;
• insurance products

1. There are three (3) raffle prize levels to which a Referrer can belong, depending on the number of successful referrals made:

1. The Referrer may use his/her unique referral code to invite Referees for as long as this Referral Program is in effect.
2. Referrers have a chance to win raffle prizes every month for as long as this Referral Program is in effect and for as long as they have not been selected as winners.
3. The Referrer may advance in different raffle prize levels mentioned above if the number of successful referrals made increases over time.
4. Raffle prizes have been predetermined by SAVii and are subject to change, depending on availability and other factors as may be decided by management, without prior notice.
5. The raffle prize  is non-transferable and non-assignable.
6. To claim the prize, the winners will receive an email or SMS notification from SAVii within 30 days.
7. SAVii reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Referral Program, without any reason.
8. SAVii has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the mechanics and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
9. The participants shall not hold SAVii, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of this Referral Program.
10. All Referrers hereby declare that they have obtained due consent from Referees to share their contact details with SAVii and that SAVii may contact them to offer its range of financial services and products. The Referrer shall be solely liable and responsible for the correctness of all information/details pertaining to the Referee. The Referrer acknowledges that SAVii shall not be in a position to ascertain/verify such information regarding the Referee and shall not be responsible in any way to any third party for any loss or damage suffered due to such incorrect details. Referrers shall be responsible to SAVii for any losses or claims that may be occasioned upon the company in the event that this declaration is found to be untrue and on any claims or demands by third parties.
11. Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this Referral Program to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on SAVii to continue the Referral Program up to, on or after the time it ends.
12. All participants must agree to the Terms & Conditions at the time they apply for SAVii’s products and services. The Terms & Conditions of this Referral Program shall be in addition, and not in substitution/ derogation to, the Rules & Regulations governing the use of the SAVii, its product, services, and/or its websites and other materials. By applying for SAVii products and services through this offer, the participant shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained therein.
13. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
14. Raffle draws will be held monthly to select winners.
