Four Steps to Finish 2025 Strong
August 29, 2025

September has its own kind of energy. The year’s busiest stretch is behind you. Tuition and school supplies are paid for. The weather is shifting, and so is your focus. There are just over 100 days left in 2025, enough to make real progress on the goals you care about most.
Still determined to make 2025 count as your best year yet? Here's how you can do it.
Visualize your year-end goals
Start by building a mini vision board for Q4. Print or cut out images that represent your top priorities, say, a zero-balance debt statement, a savings milestone, or a home upgrade. Place it where you’ll see it every day to keep your motivation high.
Alongside this, review your bank or e-wallet statements from the past three months. Highlight recurring expenses you can reduce, and redirect that freed-up cash toward the items on your vision board.
Make a monthly game plan
Map your goals month by month, so you can focus on one priority at a time.
- September: List all travel or event bookings you need and set aside the payments in your budget.
- October: Block out weekends for home repairs and buy materials in advance to avoid shortages.
- November: Write down the exact items you plan to buy during sales and assign a budget for each.
- December: Earmark a specific amount as your holiday emergency fund and keep it in a separate account or e-wallet.
Run with your plan
The next 100 days can lock in your biggest wins, so treat them like a sprint. Set three non-negotiable goals—one for October, November, and December—and write them somewhere you’ll see daily. For each goal, map out two concrete actions per week.
If your goal is to grow your savings, set a fixed transfer every payday and sell unused items online. If it’s home repairs, schedule the contractor this week and set aside a materials budget. If it’s a personal milestone, like completing a course, block out two study sessions in your weekly calendar and prepare your materials in advance.
Schedule a quick Sunday check-in to track progress, celebrate small wins, and adjust if needed. By stacking these visible, week-by-week victories, you’ll build the momentum to cross the year’s finish line strong.
Stay one step ahead
Life has a way of surprising us with expenses we didn't see coming, from a sudden home repair to an opportunity that just can't wait.
Keeping your key documents—like valid IDs and proof of income (e.g., company payslips)—organized in one folder helps you respond quickly. And when timing matters, having a reliable partner by your side can make all the difference.
That’s exactly what worked for Foundever employee and SAVii customer May Ann Gonzaga. “Nag-apply ng madaling araw, na-approve na agad sa umaga, at nung hapon, disbursed na agad yung loan amount. SAVii’s a real lifesaver.”

All told, the final stretch of the year is not about speed, but about steady momentum. Every small action you take compounds into real change. Keep your eyes on the goals you set, act on them week by week, and let your progress build. Now's the time to turn the last quarter into your best one!
