The information we collect from your loan application shall be used primarily for the following purposes:
Loan Processing: Specifically, Borrower Identification, Loan Solicitation, Credit Assessment, Loan Origination, Repayment, Debt Collection, and Remedial Measures. 10. How we share personal information with other parties
We may share the personal information we collect from you on this website with:
- Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations such as fraud prevention, payment services, debt collection, marketing and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
- Financial institutions with which we partner, in conformity with any applicable law or regulation.
- Law enforcement, government officials, or other third-parties when:
- We are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure; or
- We believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss;
- We report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.
- Other third-parties with your consent or direction to do so.
SAVii will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third-parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third-parties as described in this policy. If there is an actionable breach of your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours.
11. Suppliers and other external organizations
We may share your personal information with suppliers who provide services to us and who require access to your personal information in order to process it pursuant to any contracts or services you have requested or contracted through us. For this purpose, your information shall be deemed as ‘Customer-permissioned data’ under BSP Circular 1122. Our suppliers include: brokers, lenders and providers of insurance and other financial products; We will only share your personal information with our Suppliers in order to provide you with the products and/or services that you applied for. We will share your personal information (name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and such other information as may be required) with our partner Insurance Brokers and Underwriters if you are claiming any insurance products they may offer from time to time.
