In the Philippines, various lockdowns have put off appointments for passport renewal. Securing other government-issued IDs has also been next to impossible.
The country is targeting to provide a national ID to 92 million Filipinos by the end of 2022. However, considering the possible recurrence of lockdowns and other unforeseeable delays, there is no guarantee that this can be completed within that time frame.

You need at least 2 of these valid IDs to push through with your bank transactions, loan applications, or for any endeavors that you would need to prove your identity. Check the website of the agencies to know how to apply for your ID.
